What’s the Catch?

There is no catch, but there are some limitations and restrictions.

This service is for productivity and business users only. That means that if you want help setting up your iPod or getting the latest game to run, there are plenty of resources online that are available to help answer your questions. However, if you need help fixing real business and productivity issues, then you’ve come to the right place.

In order to make the service available to as many users as possible, each user is limited to a single support incident. Don’t bring a laundry list of issues. The remote IT support representative will only work on a single issue, before moving on to the next customer in the queue.

One free Remote IT Support session per person. Once your support session has ended, you will not be able to use the free service again in the future without making a donation. Go to the “Make a Donation” link on the Home page for more details.

Representatives are not always online. While we will continue to increase the availability of our support reps, free Remote IT support reps are only available during certain time periods. Please subscribe to
http://twitter.com/fchsupport, so that you can be notified when a support rep is available. These sessions will be first come, first serve and there are No Reservations.

Testimonials

The whole session took 10 minutes from start to finish. I had spent weeks trying to find the solution. Thanks again, Tim San Jose, CA
