Is It Really Free? How Does It Work?

In order to use the service, you must first register and activate your account. Activation involves a verification email that you must respond to. No other personal information is required. Once your registration is complete, you can log into the website. Logging into the website allows you to gain access to the Calendar and the Start a Support Session links. The Calendar will show you when the next Free Support Session is scheduled. Return to the website during that time interval (all times are listed in PST), log in, and click on the "Start a Support Session" link. Follow the directions to get into the queue and begin the remote session.
