How Does the Service Work

In order to use the service, you must first register and activate your account ("Get Started" link in the Top Menu). Activation involves a verification email that you must respond to in order to activate your account (No other personal information is required besides a valid email address).

Once your registration is complete, you can log into the website. Logging into the website allows you to gain access to the "Get a Support Key" and the "Begin Support Session" link. Click on the "Get a Support Key" link. This page will let you know if a Support Representative is online, and will provide detailed instructions about getting a support key. Support keys are broadcast on Twitter and are first come, first serve. Once you have a Support Key, click on the "Begin Support Session" link, enter your name and the Support Key and follow the directions to begin your session. You will not be able to receive support without a valid and active Support Key.
